Terms and Conditions
The room rates are per night / per ROOM inclusive BREAKFAST (Double Bed rooms 2 Breakfast - Family Rooms and Suite 4 Breakfasts included) and all TAXES (21% Government Tax and Service Charge) Rates are subject to change without prior notice. All rates are quoted in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and nett-rates -
ALL ROOMS and Suites are NON -SMOKING, please smoke at Balcony or in some public areas where you see ashtray provided and marked with Green SMOKING AREA Stickers. Our Restaurant is NON SMOKING.
Max. 1 or 2 Children under 12 year is additionel allowed in room sharing existing Bed for FREE, but NO BREAKFAST include.
Family Room or Suite for 4 Adults max. 2 Children under 12 years allowed and all Double Bed Rooms only 1 Child under 12 years allowed.,
Extra Bed only in GRAND SUITE possible with surcharge IDR 350.000 (inc. Breakfast and Tax).
NO FOOD and DRINKS allowed to bring from outside into Hotel. We have onside Restaurant and Bar open from 8.00am to 22.30pm.
Please hand over your ROOM KEY to the front desk Staff when leaving the hotel - if you lose the key, we will charge you
IDR 2,000,000 (2 million Indonesian Rupiah).
Restaurant and Bar bill includes 11% Government Tax and 10% Service charge.
ROOM SERVICE from Hotel Restaurant for Food only available in DE LUXE Rooms and Suites NOT in STANDARDS rooms.
In public areas please mute your Mobile Phone, no Phoncalls, listen Music, play games with audio are allowed all over Hotels public areas and also at your Balconys. Please use Earbuds or Headphones.
Parking places for cars are limited and complimentary - also many possibilitys to park in front of Hotel beside the road.
Outside Visitors are not allowed to enter your Room/Suite - plenty of meeting space in public area like Restaurant, Lobby, Launch Bar etc.
Non Hotel Guest not allowed to use Swimming Pool.
In Hotel-Area, include Restaurants / Bars, no pets allowed.
Check-in time is from 14.00 hrs. until 22.30 hrs. and Check-out time is from 8.00 hrs. until 12.00 hrs.
Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
Late Check-Out until 13:00 PM is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
No DEBIT CARDS accepted by Booking. Payments has to be done by Credit Card Master or VISA, or Bank transfer (wire)
