Extra Bed allowed in Room-Type: DE LUXE SUPERIOR ROOM and GRAND SUITE only. Extra Bed-Rate for 1 night includes Breakfast and all Taxes.
No additional charge for child under 12 years of age sharing room with parents without extra bed, but the breakfast will be charged USD 4.00 $ (maximum 1 child per room)
Breakfast charge for child (4-12 yrs) who sharing the existing bed is @ USD 4 $ per child per night
In Hotel-Area, include Restaurants / Bars, NO pets allowed.
Check-in time is 14.00 hrs. and Check-out time is 12.00 hrs.
- Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
- Late Check-Out until 13:00 PM is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
- Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be
  charged at full nightly rate.
Payment/Deposit Policy:
No prepayment or deposit required (reservations accepted with credit card guarantee only)
Payments has to be done by Check-In in Cash (USD, EURO, AUD, SGD or IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) or
by Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard - 3% surcharge).
Cancellation Policy:
HOT DEAL or LAST MINUTE Bookings - no cancelation - non refundable.
LAST MINUTE Booking can not be extend with same rate when you already stay in our RESORT.
Any kind of Promotion Rates (like Last Minute, HOT DEAL's etc.) can only booked over the
Internet (Online) - Not valid at the Frontdesk of our Hotel.
Cancellation for free before 7 days of arrival - otherwise 1-3 nights charged (also valid for all Booking tools over the Internet (Agoda.com, Booking.com, Wotif.com, Asiarooms.com, LateStay.ccom etc.)
No Show and Early Check out are subject to 100% of total room/night reserved.
